Refunds and Cancellations
We do not offer full cash refunds once an order is placed or advance payment is made. You can cancel an order within 1 day of placing it. For orders paid online, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
Customers may use the paid amount as store credit for future purchases.
Cash Refund Exception:
If a client still requests a cash refund, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded, and this option is strictly applicable within 24 hours (one day) of order placement. After 24 hours, no cash refund will be entertained.
Custom Orders, Sale Items and Exhibitions
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom orders. If you request changes to a custom order after it's been placed, additional charges will apply. These charges depend on the type of changes requested.
Sale items and products sold in our exhibitions are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless we have sent you the wrong item.
