As per our policy, we do not entertain refund. You can cancel an order within 3 working days of placing it. For orders paid online, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.

Custom Orders and Sale Items

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom orders. If you request changes to a custom order after it's been placed, additional charges will apply. These charges depend on the type of changes requested.

Sale items are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless we have sent you the wrong item.
