Exchange Policy
To ensure a seamless shopping experience at home, we offer a 3-day exchange policy. If you wish to request an exchange, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged.
- Size Issue: If the product received does not match the size you ordered.
- Product Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers/papers intact.
- Proof of Purchase: you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange Process:
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you upon receipt of the returned item. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, which are non-refundable. Additionally, we are not responsible for collecting returns from your doorstep under any circumstances.
International Exchanges:
For international orders, please carefully inspect the item upon arrival and review the size charts and product descriptions before placing your order, as exchanges or refunds for international orders will not be catered to.
As per courier policy, international deliveries will be attempted once at the given address and phone number. If the customer is unavailable, the parcel may be left at the doorstep.
