Delivery Time

We strive to dispatch all orders within 10-14 working days, while international orders are processed within 20-25 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Once an order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 5-7 working days, depending on the destination country. Please note that some dresses may require additional time and can take 2-3 weeks to be dispatched.

The company is not responsible for any unexpected delays or failures in fulfilling its obligations under this agreement, which arise from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters or other acts of God.

Certain conditions may cause delays in delivery times for both local and international orders:

Local Deliveries (within Pakistan): Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, remote locations, or other factors beyond our control.

International Deliveries: Delays can happen due to issues such as flight schedules, customs processes, or other conditions outside of our control.

These factors may extend delivery times beyond the estimated schedule.
